Keep it simple. But, include a giftcard for a dinner out somewhere. I'm sure they fed you while you stayed @ their house. Good Luck!

Write a card!! was that all their place as worth?? I say skip the card and take them out for a well-deserved dinner! Least give them a treat for putting you up...or putting up with you.

Write that you are grateful to have them in your life. It takes someone special to accept even a close friend to share their home.

Just tell them how much you appreciate the time you have spent with them, their opening their home to you, and how much they've done for you...but elaborate a bit more then that.

I would thank them for their kindness and hospitality. And then say something to the effect of "the way you accepted me into your home has really meant a lot to me and made me feel very welcome." (assuming it was a good stay.)

TRY "THANK YOU". THAT IS ALWAYS A GOOD START. CONTINUE BY WRITING WHY YOU APPRECIATE THESE PEOPLE.
