Well, personally I too was in a friendship which later turned into a romantic relationship. And you, being a woman, I think you should show interest. I mean reply to him with words that might get him to have an idea you are more than "friendship" serious about him. I mean, don't tell him straight foward soard of speak, but say things that leave him thinking about what you might of meant by saying what you said. It's ok to cuddle but only, don't exceed to the level of holding hands becuase that's just too obvious. Even if you might think you did it with holding hands, you didn't, friends now a days may do more than those acts we once consider "just friends", if you know what I mean. Another thing, don't be too easy to get even if you know you want him. Give him hints, and hell, date if you wish but only from a respective point. Later you two might be confident to talk about anything or he might feel confident enough to ask you. If he does, tell him that's what you wanted him to do, it means alot. Best wishes. : ^)

since he is a friend you already know what he likes and you cant just go flat out and say "i like you" you need to give him time be nice to him more than usual give him little hints that you like him
and he will start to get the idea and in no time he will be in your hands but give it time and patients

Well..comment him, say something like..uh yeah, i donno, these things work on me cuz the guy im in love with has somewhat low self esteem. so its easy to cheer him up. tell him he looks good today or whatever. it may be hard to tell if he likes u back considering you 2 are friends, so if u think something is a sign, it could be 100% normal for him.
