if i ate 3 tv dinners a day thats only 900 calories i would starve to death in a few months.........
theres more calories in 2 cups of milk than in a tv dinner

It would depend on the meals you are picking. Also they are to help you cut down on your calorie consumpsion not there to starve you to death. If it in not enough for you, add a small dinner roll and a cup water that should sustain you.

Exactly the portion is why they are like that.You can eat more with a salad or soup then some of those dinners.

i think they do w/ 300 something, look for the banquet meals that are on sale for one dollar.
