That is difficult to answer without knowing a bit more about your preferences and situation. British Columbia is a large province. Did you plan on moving to the southern, northern or midsection of BC? Mainland or on of the Islands? Urban, small city, or rural? Are you going to be working? What kind of employment? Or do you plan on studying? The answers to these questions will determine where the best place is for you to settle.

For an Urban area, Vancouver is of course the largest in BC. It is a beautiful area, has a lot to offer, including summer and winter sports, museums, art galleries, clubs, a fantastic library system, and so very much more. It is more expensive to live here than other parts of BC. Chilliwac is cool, but i don't know about employment opportunities there, same with Kamloops and Kelowna.

If you post more details, or a more detailed question, you will get better and more specific answers.

Why not move to Atlantic Canada? It is cheaper to live there than in BC, it has a more laid back lifestyle, and also a number of jobs available. Yes there are upwards of 50,000 jobs available here in BC, but commuting can be a pain. Especially in the Lower Mainland.
