you can't survive on less than 300 calories a day dear.
You will need at least 1200 calories of healthy fruits, veggies, lean protein and lots of water
HOWEVER 120 pounds is just fine. If you are serious, you need to visit your doctor before you make any decision.
Also - stay active.

That's the stupidist thing I've ever heard. First of all, unless you're 2 feet tall, 120 pounds sounds like a healthy weight. Secondly, it isn't healthy to go under around 1,200 calories a day when you are on a diet. If you start eating 300 calories a day, your body will go into starvation mode. You might lose a little at first, but then as soon as you start eating normally again, your body will store everything. DO NOT go on a 300 calorie a day diet; it is extremely unhealthy.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

in case you'll be alive and functioning properly for a pair of month on a three hundred calorie food plan then its a miracle. considering which you basically understand each and every of the information, then no one needs to take heed to your crap whilst your on the factor of starvation on your 3 hundred calorie food plan for a month. extra information you already understand: in case you will do extreme intensity workouts you easily might desire to consume extra to shed some pounds simply by fact your physique needs extra gasoline while you're a hundred and twenty pounds, WHY might YOU BE SO prepared to shed some pounds? to respond to your question: you will possibly lose a ton of weight yet you probably would not worry anymore considering which you would be lifeless extra information: as quickly as you finished your miracle food plan and began eating often, you will possibly income all your weight back considering's no longer the type you shed some pounds

sadly, only about 2 or 3 pounds. I know this from experience (I had the stomach flu and could only sip water and a can of sprite every day). And once you start eating on the 10th day, you're going to gain it all back.

I estimate approx. 4 lbs.
Although some would contend that after a certain point, your body goes into survival mode and stops metabolising as quickly, which would cut down the amount you lose.

SICK-O! Why would you starve yourself? You are NOT going to lose weight and no one who weighs 120 lbs. needs to lose weight unless they are 4'9".
You body will hang on to any fat you have because you'd be starving yourself.
You're ill. Get some help before you die.
