Katy,for r a 14 year old you are absolutely beautiful! So stop worrying about your weight everything begins to fall into the right place by the time you are about 17 or 18. You will then find your body has matured and all the curves are just as they should be.
You are still developing and your body is goingf through many changes. Your probably much more active thanm you realize and you are one of the lucky ones that eats what they like and doesn;'t pay for it in fat accumulation.

the image of fat is just in your mind....you are the victim of the media have been trying to brainwash into young girls....skinny is not beauty...

don't risk yourself to get malnourished, this will make your body underdeveloped....you need all of the food groups to grow!

you are 14 for god sake! enjoy what you can still eat....but remember, eat moderately....

stop worrying about weight and being too fat...
