You should try doing sit-ups--This has helped tone my abs. Another work-out I have used are leg-lifts--laying flat on my back & using my stomach muscles to lift my legs. Also, try some crunches.

The same thing happened to me as well. I tried losing my stomach fat, but when I went underweight, I still looked bloated all the time.

What I did was started to eat healthy, organic foods. I barely ate refined or processed foods. Stick with whole grains. I started to see a little difference.

Then I started doing some cardio/weight lifting 2-3 times a week, and my stomach grew flatter. I'm not saying the same will happen for you, because genes may be the cause of your tummy fat. Just exercise regularly, and eat a BALANCED diet.

i would suggest to keep working out and when doing ab workout not to get up completely because that makes muscles bigger. instead just get your shoulderblades off the floor, that makes abs leaner.
everybody has area in their bodies that fat is stored first, so that area tries to hold on to it as long as possible.
