I want you to think about something: are you happy the way you are??

I'm a bigger girl, about the same height as you but heavier. I've never liked being a big girl but my husband says he loves me the way I am and he doesn't want me to change. If I want to lose weight, he'll stand behind me, but he thinks I'm beautiful and sexy the way I am.

Don't let anybody tell you that you need to lose weight or that you're fat or ugly, or anything negative. If you're comfortable the way you are, then don't change. If you want to lose weight then do it, but DON'T do it to please somebody else. You will only be successful in losing weight if you want to do it for yourself. I know this from experience. Be proud of who you are, big or small, and don't let yourself get bummed out with negativity. Most importantly, be happy with who you are, regardless of your size. :) If you want to do it, start by cutting out some of the snacking foods you eat, or fast food. Eat healthier foods, more fruits and veggies, combined with some exercise (I found a pilates dvd that I have used and it works.... I used an MTV Pilates one).

Good luck.....

It sounds as though you may be a bit overweight, it also depends on whether your large boned or not. I know exercising is boring but you can go for walks, go hiking, maybe kayaking, bicycle riding. Try becoming more active and watch what you eat. If you drink regular soda then just cutting that out (switch to diet) you can start losing weight. Get a good nutrition book and start there.

I dont know if this will help you cause i know you said youre looking for something besides excersize, but if you can find a sport you really are passionate about, excersize wont be a chore. I dance and it not only gives me excersize but it is a stress reliever and i really enjoy doing it. I hope i helped!

Stop your stupid, lying questions. You were just 5'7" and 57 lbs 30 minutes ago.

Grow up or leave!

if losing weight is your problem then you should watch your calorie intake also one small thing that will make a big difference is drinking a lot of water instead of soda and juice
