If you are 5'6", then I would say your weight should be closer to 120-125lb due to the rigorous workout and the amount of calories you are burning through figure skating.

I punched your info at Hard Exercise (6-7 days a week) into the link below:

Individual Weights:
# Hamwi Based Calculations: 117 pounds for a small frame, 130 pounds for a medium frame, and 143 pounds for a large frame.
# Robinson Based Calculation: 130 pounds.
# Miller Based Calculation: 135 pounds.
# BMI Based Calculation: 142 pounds.

Caloric Need:
# Estimated Base BMR: 1463 Calories.
# Estimated TDEE: 2524 Calories.
# Estimated Daily Caloric Need For Weight Loss: 2024 Calories.

At the danger of becoming boring I will repeat once again. There is no such a thing as ideal weight. There is an average weight for people of a certain age in a certain country. But the US is undergoing an obesity epidemic among teens, therefore, average weights should be discarded.
You should change your question to: What is my ideal body-fat content? And that is around 15 to 18% for your age bracket.
If you send me the measure around you bellybutton and around your sitting pads, along with your height, I will be able to calculate your current body-fat.

What Roberto B said. You're athletic, so you probably carry more muscle than the average person of your height, which means that you're very healthy at a noticeably heavier weight. Also, don't judge by your BMI--it doesn't take variations of athleticism and muscle weight into consideration. Percentage bodyfat is what you want to know.

Who ARE these 2 girls who said 100-110 lbs? That is WAY to thin. You are gong to weigh more because you are muscular. Especially your legs. You should weigh no less than 125-130 lbs.

a healthy bmi is 18.5 to 24.9. so according to your height, your weight could be anywhere in the healthy range from 115 to 155.
but if you do that much excersize, make sure you eat a ton of carbs otherwise you will...well it will be bad
