Yes He is.
Jesus died on the cross for the sins of the whole world--Everyone!
Jesus rose from the dead so that we could also be alive in Him.
He arose into heaven so that we could have eternal life in Heaven with Him.

I have a problem with your assumption that we must "accept" Jesus, the only thing the Bible mentions is those who receive him. No authorization involved.

But the invitation is there as an outward call, through the Bible and through the wonders of nature itself. The Lord does not reveal Himself to everyone, we know that. But we also do not know who is written in the Book of Life.

Everyone, that is except those named Bill.

Sry, just fooling with you. He brought you into this world, and if you do wrong knowing or unknowing, there must be restitution for that wrong. However, He loves a humble and contrite heart. Always keep to the 10 commandments and love those around you, although it may be difficult. Ask for God's assistance at every turn, especially if you have difficulties with any of the 7 things that lead us into mortal sin: greed, selfishness, lust, envy, anger, gluttony or (can't remember the last one.)

Good luck, Bill Say your prayers in the morning and when you retire at night. In this way, the world may be preserved for another day. Examine your conscience ruthlessly and accept whatever punishment is deserved for them. In this way, you will dignify your self and at the same time please God. Ask God for help always, and He will send you who you need at the right time.

If you read the book of Ephesians in the Bible(it is a short read, 6 chapters) , it says that because of Christ the Jews and the Gentiles (basically everyone not Jewish) are saved if they give their life to Christ.

In fact the purpose of Ephesians (written by Paul) was to let people know that His calling was to preach the Gospel to the Gentiles

Accepted is the wrong translation. Unless it is asking Jesus into your heart. If you confess Jesus Christ your Lord and believe in your heart the atonement & He raised from the dead, you will be saved.

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness (Christ Righteousness).

And with the mouth confession is made unto Salvation (Yeshua / God).

It has to be someone with an honest heart before God. God looks at the heart. Not everyone, is confessing to Gods Love and having heart faith. So unless one confesses/ believes in their heart truly to God, the person isn't yet saved (born of God).

Even the devil believes God Is. But the devil doesn't confess Jesus Christ his Lord & Savior either. The devil doesn't have the love of God in his heart either.

Jesus NEVER said to accept him into your heart...that's very unbiblical!!!

Further, his death was for all peoples....he did say that no-one could go to the Father except through him....but he NEVER said that it had to be through BELIEF in him. I believe that the MERITS of his death and resurrection can and will be applied to those who are atheists, Buddhists, Jews, Muslims, pagans and others PLUS the fact of these peoples acting out of the deep desire to do good.....following the precepts of their heart. In other words, they, too, follow Christ but without realizing it: "He who is not against us is for us" (MK 9:40).

Yes... John 3:16 clearly says that God so loved the world. If He meant anything less, He would have stated so.
