BIN/CUE :

You don't always need both the bin and cue but if you see them together get them. This format is made by cdrwin and for the best results. Use CDRWIN to burn. No need to convert

ISO :

Made by Easy Cd Creator or Ezcd. use Ezcd to burn again for the same reasons as above with Cdrwin use the right tool for the job and the job will go easier. Btw ISO is not a very good format as it doesnt have all the info a bin/cue has. nor does it have error correction

CCD or IMG :

Made with Clone-Cd ... it will also have a .Sub and a .Cue with it GET THEM. overall rare but also the absolute best copy as it really does have ALL the info from the original cd/s

i think sonic does not handle bin / cue files
BTW bin cue files can be games / vcds / application software

nero as you noted works great win bin / cue
but alcohol 120% will also work with them, but it can do one trick nero can't, and that is mount the image and treat it like a virtual cd, from there you can run the application or copy to the hardrive and burn as data

What type of burner do you have? DVD or CD? how big is the file?

If you are burning to CD and the file is over 700 MB, then maybe its a DVD file and too big for the CD.

Let me know and I will check in about 20 minutes and if you have updated the question I will see if I can answer any better

If you right click on the cue file and select "open with" then search in your program files for the sonic folder and select sonic.exe, that should burn the image straight to vcd for you.
