Wife and I are planning on starting an online lingerie buisness.
With all the options as fas as hosts, websites, ecommerce and so forth, our heads are spinning. We are seeking an affordable means to beginning our site....any suggestions?

I would say EBAY. Seriously, if you are new to ecommerce, ebay is a really good place to start. Let me give you some points. If you start a new website on your own, you will first need to promote the site, more expense. Not alot of people will know about your site and if they do find it, they won't trust just another website that is trying to sell them something. With Ebay, you don't need to look for customers, they will look for you. With your own website, not only you need to keep track of your sales but you will need someone to manage the site as well. Maintaining an ecommerce website requires time and money. With ebay you can manage your inventory, keep track of the shipments and payments in one place. You will also recieve good feedbacks. Once you establish a good reputition and wealth, move on to something more complicated then.

ebay is an excellent suggestion.

Y! small business also allows you to open your own store, accept credit cards, etc. with ease when you are ready.

Sell on eBay, you can open a store there.
