Jesus got away from his comfort zone, and congregated with sumaritans and his other enemies. I would give it more time, keep dating for now. But let that marriage idea stay out there untill you feel more comfortable.
Ultimatly, pray, read the bible and ask god what he wants you to do. He will lead you on the right path.

Inter-religious marriages have worked before now. I have some Lutheran friends whose second son married an Israeli girl. Their children have been brought up to respect both religions, and may choose one or the other when they're old enough. In the meantime, the daughter-in-law says: Chanukah/Christmas. If it's got presents, we'll celebrate!

Well, according to the Bible a Christian is not supposed to date/marry a non-Christian.
If you really love him and he really loves you, tell him that you can't marry him if he won't convert.
