Any place in the Middle East.
I really really liked Iran, it is a gorgeous country and I'm longing to go back again.
For somebody less adventure minded, Turkey would be an ideal holiday spot. There is nothing in Turkey you cannot find - beach, party, skiing slopes, architecture, night life, antiques from Hittite, Greek, Roman and Ottoman times, mountains, caves, ....
Istanbul is definitely one of the beautiful cities in the world. It is large and confusing too, but the blue water of the Bosporus glittering in the sun are simply magnificent.
The best thing is: There are charter flights from Tel Aviv to Turkey for around 100 USD return.
Egypt was nice too, but I was really put off by the tourist touts.Tourists in Egypt are walking cash cows, only waiting to be milked. The attitude is really brash and brazen, there are not ashamed about it for one second.

well am from Arizona the desert so it would have to be sedona for the winter holidays and the summer it would be San Monica the pier
