Good quetion. Does such a line actually exist or is there a gradual transition from one dimension to another. I know that the profane is the world of men and the sacred that of gods, but where one ends and the other one begins I do not know

Only the line you draw in your mind. If God created everything, isn't everything sacred? A rotting deer corpse on the side of I-95 is God's corpse, a sacred corpse. All things have purpose. Seeing all things as sacred is just a recognition of that fact.

It's all in the language. What's accepted - what's not. What's magical or miraculous - what's "ordinary". It's a man-made line. How many millions of people (historically) have died early and horrible deaths for crossing it?

Secular line: "Do not do to others what you do not want others to do to you."
Theistic line: The Great commandment of love of God and neighbor.
Take your pick.
Peace and every blessing!

When you find out what it is, make your line so far back that even when you slip, you will be safe!
