using the BMI (body mass index) we can find an ideal weight for a certain height. bmi between 18.5-25 is normal, 25-30 is overweight, >30 is obese so:
Underweight: <118lbs
Normal Weight: 118-160lbs
Overweight:160-191lbs
Obese: >191lbs
So if you are 118-160lbs you are ok!

It should be less emphasis on weight numbers and more about how you feel and look. What does your family doctor tell you? When you go to buy clothing for yourself, are you buying it at peitite or junior shops or plus sized shops?
When you run up a few flights of stairs, are you out of breath? Even skinny girls can be out of shape ya know. Take care of yourself and don't be so stressed on numbers. When you stress about your weight, you take the focus away from what's important.

It depends on her build and muscle mass. BMI can be fooled by muscle---fat % is a better way to go but harder to determine.
I know people think I weigh less than I do simply because I have DDs and a ghetto booty.
Sorry for not really answering your question, but my answer varies on the chick.

It depends on your frame size and how much muscle you have but in general if you are more than 160 pounds it is considered over weight and if you are more than 195 you are considered obese.

Pizziehl and Dan are right on. It depends completely on your body type. Ignore the scale, and ignore BMI, because they don't take muscle weight into consideration. Percent bodyfat is where it's at!

If your body fat % is greater than 25%. Don't use a weight value as an indicator!
