When a guy first meets a woman, he is attracted to the outward stuff (i.e. body, smile, eyes, etc.). As you can't base any kind of long-term relationship on looks alone (this would be really shallow, and, even men aren't that bad ...), you need more (i.e. personality, character, interests, etc.). Hey, if we can get the whole package, we're the luckiest guys in the world!

Her appearance will first attract us to a girl, no point in lying in that. But it's her personality that keeps us there.
A hot girl with a nasty personality can become ugly very quickly; and an average girl with a great personality can become hot very quickly as well.

Both...just be nice and open-minded and above all, easy to approach. Believe it or not, it takes a bit of courage on both ends to approach someone they like and start talking.
