which one should i go on?

these diets work whoever wrote that first answer, they are crash diets and shouldnt last long but they work, so come on dude

for the best results if you want to improve your health generally, lose weight and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Loosing weight depends on two things, either alone, or in combination. Reduce the total amount of calories, second, increase the amount of excercise.
There is no mirical solution. If there was it would sell for more than you can afford.
