i am trying to lose some weight for summer.
i was wondering what kind of healthy foods i can eat that taste as good as normal fat foods. lol
is there a website for an example of foods i can eat?

There are tons of different fruits and veggies and they're all great for you! Just go to the produce section of your grocer and go crazy.

Also, replacing refined grains with whole grains is healthy and just as tasty.

I really love whole wheat toaster waffles.
Yogurt and skim milk are great for you too.
And.. just for emergencies its nice to have a low fat/sugar icecream or sorbet in the freezer, just make sure to only eat it out of a small cup.. You've got to satisfy your cravings sometimes..

you are sooo right, fat food taste so much better sometimes..

anway, I found some very good healthy recipes here http://healthyfamilydiets.com i tried two of the the recipes for SEA VEGETABLES because alaria is very nutritious and i wanted to know how to prepare it. I just started getting into stuff like miso seaweed kelp and algae but i am starting to feel better already! i hope this helps you out
