It depends how many
GENOCIDE is I think what you're looking for which, contrary to what the word suggests, distinguishes between usually race, religion, origin, or location. In practise those committing genocide just go on a killing spree, eg. entering a village to burn it down or napalming a whole region. However there are many other -icides which might mean killing many.
SPECICIDE for example would be to kill everything of a certain species, while ETHNOCIDE would be to kill a whole culture. POPULICIDE does away with the whole population of eg. a town, country, continent or maybe even a planet, although ECOCIDE would be to destroy everything living in the world, and MUNDICIDE the earth itself.
If anyone were prepared to go further than that you could commit OMNICIDE and destroy everything in the universe.

deicide maybe, it wouldnt be diacide.
Polycide or maybe just genocide if you kill enough.
Anyway, you can't kill gods.
