u may think u can make good friends on the net but that's not true in the case of everyone. there are rare cases of striking gold. its always better to meet a person face to face. body language says a lot about an individual. u can join some recreational clubs & libraries where u may meet like minded people. u could put your name down for one of the matrimonial sites. there u can get the life partner u seem to be looking for. its better to search in the real world & not in the cyber space for a partner.

8 Get out of the house and meet people. That is the best way. I know meeting people is not easy, but it can be done go places where singles gather and be open and friendly and do not by shy.

I was 40 years old and divorced and very lonely, but I forced myself to get out and forced myself to overcome my shyness and I was dating only those who were my age five years either way, but to no avail then i decided I would broaden my chances and decided to approach and date older and younger, but how much younger? I decided that 50 was the oldest and 23 was the yyoungest and that day I met my corrent wife, she was 23 and we have been ahppily married 14 years now.

I met her dancing. Dancing is a good way to meet single people of the oppisite sex, but just be careful and do not go to a lot of bars or you may end up with someone who has a drinking problem. I did go to bars some, but most of my dancing was with a dance club and at parties in dance studios.*

Sorry to agree that you should be doubtful.

Friendship requires an undefined length of period of tests. Internet hardly provides opportunities for honest exchanges. My best advice is to use the Internet to exchange ideas sincerely without really looking for a relationship in return. Sometimes, we should get off the Internet and go out to meet people.

I would try to meet someone in person not on the web. I don't believe it is always a good idea because a lot of people like to play with others emotions and perhaps just have some fun. I would try going and stuff.

Cultivate yourself to be a good friend to others. Who is your friend!? All are known persons only. May be some variance in knowing. Your or mine only best friend is heart otherwise called as 'GOD'. Chit chat for time pass or for exchange of information. or for a really exhibiting yeoman services. Chatting on net for friends is reminding me one say that a known devil is better than an unknown Angel. National spirit is apparently diminishing values and it should be revived from all fronts. Every one should imbibe by respecting our cultural values with total faith. Thank you.

In life we take our chances with people we meet. On the Internet it is the same, just you can't see them so you have to be a little more cautious. Prayer can answer, in life or on the Internet. God Bless !!

i'll be your friend, any time ya wanna talk, but as for finding a life partner, thats impossible, ya have to touch, smell, and look into some ones soul, through their eyes, to find true love. TOUCH, thats the key.

honestly?? I highly doubt it. How can you trust the people you chat with online to be who they really say they are? You have to be very cautious too..hooking up with someone you dont know from the internet can be extremely dangerous.
