Rolls of waxed paper seem to no longer be available from my local supermarkets. I have tried Franklins, Coles & Woolies. Is this yet another (old fashioned) item (like junket tablets) that has been discontinued?

I live in the Boston area and all grocery stores carry waxed paper. Most have their own store brands, Glad has a waxed paper brand, Cutrite, that I've seen everywhere.

And I have found Junket receintly, only vanilla and chocolate but it does still exist

I can buy waxed paper at any Safeway, Albertsons, Wal-Mart, Target, Costco or Sam's Club.

I have no idea why a store wouldn't carry wax paper.

I shop at Wegman's and Giant (east coast). Both carry waxed paper. Check places like Wal-Mart and Target/

That's funny, because I can't find waxed paper over here in the UK either. Very annoying!! What, is there a shortage of wax, or something??
