no. let your wrist heal. unless you are in the finals for some big competition, you can wrap it and take some anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. alternate ice packs every 30 minutes off and on for the first few days, then heat the next few days.

it will just get worse and take longer to heal. u could play volleyball, but it would just really hurt. just dont unless u have sum weird protection thing or w/e....
