go to a pro who will guide you through the right steps, I had really high chol levels but now mine are down 25 points, if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months

Well, diet is the best way to control your cholesterol. I also use a product called Core Complex from Herbalife. It has helped me lower my cholesterol by 45 points. That is if you are into supplements. If not try eating oatmeal, I have seen commercials that make claims to that effect. Not sure if it works though.

Hello, check out Protein Power by Dr. Michael Eades and his wife. They advocate adequate protein and complex carbs. It aint Adkins but it's a realistic approcah. Check out their info. My Father did it and his Cholesterol went down nicely. Naturaly without all the meds and other diet stuff. I did a gig for Evander Holyfield in Atlanta at his annual July party and turned his aunt onto this and she was crazy for it. It might work for you but it takes some dicipline. You got to check it out fore you judge it! Hope the info helps. God Bless! J

my advice to you is to cut out red meat or limit it, second remove all high fat foods from your diet. eat more vegetables, lean meats like skinless chicken, no dark meat only the breast part. AVOID FRIED FOODS, always baked, steamed or boiled. avoid egg yolks, just have the egg whites, oatmeal is great for lowing Cho. Start an exercise program 3 to 4 times a week. I guarantee your Cho will go down.

If you're already eating right and you don't like working out you should call your boyfriend more often to spend some "quality time" with him. Sex is very good for your health.
