Woa. You are multi-talented! :-)
You would need to buy three different pair of shoes. One for throwing, one for sprinting and one for jumping.
The throwing shoe is flat (no spikes) and gives your traction and good posture as you throw.
The sprinting spikes are lightweight and help with traction. I suppose you could just buy another pair of sprinting spikes for long jumping, but I've rarely seen a long jumper use the same spikes for jumping and sprinting. They get a lot of sand in their shoes and from what I understand it's uncomfortable.
The shoes are designed to stabilize and help your feet for each event, so unfortunately,l there is not a universal shoe that you could buy.

You can use the same spikes for the 100 and long jump if you don't mind the sand in them and being dirty. You'll need a whole different shoe for Discus, those shoes do not have any spikes on them, they are a smooth flat bottomed shoe to allow you to spin in the discus circle.

Unfortunately, the events you do all have different shoes. There are some athletes that buy shoes for throwing and others that buy shoes for jumping. Personally, I'd buy a pair of track spikes for the 100m and just change out the spikes for your non-running events. You can get a good pair for $40-$60 through RRS. Check out the link below for more guidance on running shoes & flats. Good luck ths season!

you should get two different types of shoes. i long jump, triple jump and sprint the 100 m. get the same shoes for jumping and sprinting, and a diff. pair for throwing.you just need sneakers for the discus because it's on cement. right? at least mine is. just make sure your shoes have really good grip and traction. for sprinting and jumping, get spikes with 6 spikes in them! make sure they are sharp before every race they can improve your time by like .2!

what's a nicely-known song? you're able to positioned on spikes while racing. It makes a distinction on your velocity. the type and length of the spike is desperate by ability of the exterior of the song. no count if that's a dirt or cinder song then the spikes are longer, if the song is a man made floor then the spikes could be a million/8 or a million/4 inch.

If you've got money, get the newest Eastbay. They break down the spikes by event. Get the best you can afford for your events. If you don't have that much money you can LJ and run in the same spike if you don't mind the sand, and throw in the same sneakers you warm up in (if you just starting out, which i suspect). If you good and want the best edge do what i said before.
