Take your passport and permanent resident papers to the border with you... you can get a one day pass there but you can't travel more than 20 miles into the USA from that pt.

Bring your passport with the US visa and your identity card as a resident of Canada.

You shouldn't need a visa if you have a Canadian passport. If your passport is from a different country, then you may need a visa. Try this website:

You will need your passport. Depending on which country you're a citizen of, they may require you to get a visa, even though you're a PR of Canada.

You definetely need a Passport and a Drivers License or State ID. But you have to have your Passport.

You just need your passport, your ID for canadian resident and green card if you have one..
