Start be being a bit more assertive and getting on top.
Do you give bj's? If now why don't you give it a try?
After you get him in the mood, whisper teasingly into his ear how you would like him to f**k you.
ie: "You know what I'd like you to do to me? I'd like you to flip me over and ram it into me doggie style", etc You get the point.

I guess you can give some suggestions like you would like to try something different. Or you could just plain just show him what you like.
