I just tried Pamprin Max and it works wonders. You should go get some and put a stop to those nasty cramps!!

Usually Ibprofen works really good to get rid of them, I dont know any foods that make it better but do not drink or eat anything that has a lot of sodium/ salt in it because those make cramps a lot worse.

Most quickly a couple swigs of molasses.
Sustained a couple of bananas per day.
It is the potassium and magnesium you need that they have.

Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
Trigger points are knots in the muscles making them tight which in turn causes them to apply pressure to nerves and other places.

drink lots of water... water water water... and potassium helps with cramps too. so eat a lot of bananas and green vegies and fruit.
