i have naturally wavy longish hair, and i part my hair to the side. i was wondering what type of layers would fit my hairstyle? i kinda wanted long side bangs, i dont know it its the same thing? long side layers or bangs? i want them to be long enough so i can pull back my hair & also, so i can put them behind my ears. but i dont know what they will look like if they are wavy. help?

OK if you were in my chair right now i would suggest doing long layers since you do have some natural curl will look great --and i would suggest starting about at your mouth a cut that tapers in towards your face this will allow you to use your bangs as you are used too-also no bangs ANY shorter then that or they will bug you..i am a stylist of many yrs and have a 13 yr old daughter good luck and tell your stylist exactly as you told me it was a great description tyyyyyyy goodluck!!!!!!!!

Not to short but bangs bangs because i have wavy/curly hair and it was about a little longer then my shoulders and I needed to change it because it was sooo ugly in the morning so i got long bangs about little longer then my eyes so you should not do layers pick long bangs

i would say side bangs and long layers. wavy hair looks best with long layerd hair. i have side bangs that dont go behind my ears but you get used to it after a while.

You should get side bangs! I have ones that go behind your ear. In my option they look really cute! The side bangs might not work on your wavy hair, but you could straighten it!

Play it safe and go with the layers. There cute and totally in. If your willing to take a risk 4 once then go for them but I would perfer layers. That's whatI have and I look good~!

layers WiTH bangs are cute ! just tell your hair stylist to cut them long enough for you to pull back behind your ears.

I would do both, but not to the extreme. Subtle layers will give it shape and definition, and bangs will also add variety in length.
