For those of you that are still awake in the UK.....?

Is recylcing mandatory over there or are you allowed to put your recyclables in the trash

You are still allowed to put recyclables in the trash. Many don't bother to recycle at all. Sad fact.

Recycling is not mandatory over here, and more or less anything can be put in the trash! some local councils provide seperate bins for paper... glass... garden waste etc.
