Why would you want to do that knowing you cannot pay it back? Don't mess up your credit before you even get any. It takes one bad decision to mess up your credit and years to fix it. Whatever it is you're wanting can wait until you save the money or a least get a job.

Bank of America just started issuing credit cards to illegal aliens. You might want to try them. Seems there stands have fallen a bit lately.
