Yes, thats exactly where it goes. Right along the lip of your eye. You can explain to the person doing it how thin or thick you want it, shape etc.
How it works is the artist will either use a hand tool of so many needles or a very gentle machine. Your eye will be numb for the process, so don't worry abotu the pain. And then the artist slowly "pricks" the colour into the skin. They can use colours as well as black, if you wanted a touch of purple or teal that shouldnt be a problem.

Funny....so many experts here. I have been tattooing eyeliner since 1991. I have never had a client get an infection, I have never had anything go bad.
The technique is perfected, the pain is minimal because for eyes and lips I use anesthetics, and the clients are all thrilled.
Don't just get the bottoms done, it looks bottom heavy. Get the tops and bottoms both filled in through the lashes - something we do with tattooing but impossible to do with makeup. It gives you the darkness there making it look like you have thicker and darker lashes.
If you want it thicker, you can have that done at the touch up visit. Always good to to do a little at a time because it is permanent. Be sure you see a well-trained and reputable professional. Look at their portfolio, etc.

not one of the worlds maximum captivating women human beings seem to have "exoctic" permanant eyeliner tattoos. in actuality all the worlds maximum captivating women human beings can and do seem fab in a style of make up and au organic looks. A maid who works in my development have been given permanant eyeliner and apparently undesirable. Now her incredibly looks are permanantly ruined with the help of choppy, crooked, overdone eyeliner. Permanant eyeliner additionally looks to seem extra advantageous under actual makeup. With all the water resistant makeups available in the present day, it incredibly is conceivable to get an enduring and solid seem, and now there are even makeups meant for snoozing in that no longer in easy terms postpone and seem captivating yet deal with your pores and skin to solid care. I advise you have the guy doing the tattoos use a sharpie permanant marker first and assist you to attempt it. Sharpie permanant marker will final for an prolonged, long term and be very confusing to bathe off. A tattoo to the eyelid can't be bumped off properly, devoid of scarring. think of of the destiny too, as you age, much less makeup has a tendency to make you seem youthful and brisker. individually I wore lots extra make up in my 1920s than now in my fourties, and that i've got confidence and am instructed i'm a actual solid looking ladie. The classiest women accessible, princesses, socialites, etc...have not got permanant unique eye tattoos. i think of you will threat looking like a drug addict, prostitute or very affordable date. Why try this to your self? yet once you're able to, why no longer get actual unique and tattoo yet another eye on your closed eyelid so which you appear to be your eyes are open whilst they are closed- eeewww.

I have had it for six years and really love it! It is not harsh or too thick and a soft black. Most times I don't even use mascara and I never use mascara on the bottom anymore. There is enough color with the tattooing!
Go for it, you will love it! Everybody always seems to "know" somebody, etc. and tell you negative things. Just like any tattooing as they say, you get what you pay for - make sure it is a good artist like mine!

My partners Mom had permanant Tattooing on her upper lids and lower (under the lash) As well as lip liner she paid (£160 /$320) She had them all done once, and 4-6 weeks later she went for a top up (the price includes as many top ups as she wants to get the depth of colour, after the first tattoo when it peeled, the remaining colour wasnt a strong one, and in places because it was fiddly to do the tatt looked a tiny bit patchy when you got up close.)
After the process and before she was told to used Zivorex (cold sore cream) on the area and loads of vasaline. She has left it after 2 treatments and apart from looking like she had been in a boxing ring for a few rounds the puffyness went down after 3-4 days.
The Eyes do show clearly and are effective, but be warned its not a pain free option even though they do numb the area.
Im not aware that they do on the inside of the lash, (not in the UK at least)

If you have a skilled, certified artist, they can do pretty much anything with little to no risk. Ask to see a portfolio so you can see their work beforehand. Anyways, I'm pretty sure they can tattoo that part of your eye. I got between my upper eyelashes done and it looks fabulous. My lashes look fuller and my eyes *pop* even without make-up.

I'm almost positive thay CANNOT tatoo your the inside of for lash line because it would damage your mucus membrane. Don't do it, get "chanel's" water proof "aqua crayon" eyeliner...it stays on really good if you like to inner-line your eyes. Good luck!
