because i really need to loose the weight before my birthday

Teenagers don't need to lose weight. At your age, you need to consume all different nutrients and vitamins because your body is growing.But if you insist... Diet and exercise are the bests ways to lose weight and gain muscle.Make sure your diet consists of ALL the food groups! Do NOT starve yourself(you end up gaining more weight!) Water is also important. It helps flush out bad things in your body.

Lots of cardio and a good diet. I did nothing but eliptical training over the summer and lost 20 pounds. You don't necessarily have to eat an insanly strick diet cause we're young and the majority of 13 and 14 yeard olds usually have a fast metabilism. Just stay away from the really fatty foods you know you shouldn't eat. Hope this helps! Also, don't forget that you shouldn't have to cut off bad foods forever(Live a little!) just dont get carried away.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

...you're 14!!! Please don't worry so much about how you look or what you weigh. Be beautiful no matter how you are :) People can always see your inner prettiness anyway. Being superfical sucks.

By the way- you are still growing so diets for teenagers arn't really such a good idea. It leads to bad eating habit and (god help us) anorexia...just eat healthy. Fruits, veges and grains as well as protiens and stuff. Good luck :)

stop looking for the fastest way to lose weight and think healthy. it will give you permanent results.

drinking a glass of water before breakfast helps jumpstart your metabolism. cut out all sodas and juices, drink water and eat fruit instead. mayonaise is nothing but fat, so dont touch it. dont eat before you go to sleep.

excersise, go jogging, or walking.

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor

well...try to do some extra curricular activities like sports and track and field. stay away from junk food and absolutely no pop. drink water and i gurantee you'll lose the weight.
