My cat has a scratch on his stomach. It looks like he got stabbed bya butter knife then dragged down. It looks really bad. I need answers quick this happened 5 minutes ago. What should i do he is bleeding really bad. I am scared please help me!

Wrap him FIRMLY in a towel so he cannot fight you and make it worse and take him in your your vet.

Step 1: Approach the cat; if the cat is anxious or scared, restrain the cat if necessary.
Step 2: Cover the wound with a clean folded towel, sterile gauze pad, heavy cloth, or sanitary napkin.
Step 3: Wrap torn rags or other soft material around the dressing and tie or tape just tightly enough to hold in place.
Step 4: Transport the cat to the veterinarian immediately.

If your cat is free-roaming and is not nuetured, he (?) probably got into a fight. When cats fight, they try to disable each other by injuring the underbellly of his rival. These injuries can be very severe and may ulcerate if not treated promptly. See what your Vet has to say and get him in in PRONTO.
