i was thinking about getting the con-air insant heat curlers, but i don't know if they really work. has anybody had any experience w/ this product or know of a hot curlers product that work?

good for you i am so happy people have not 4gotten about hot rollers they really work well and hold the curl much longer and are near as damaging to your hair as alot of things today also i believe there all about the same if you want you can pick a nice set up like at goodwill for 3 bucks thne bring it home and use bleach very little amount and clean it --also i would make sure to plug it in there b4 you buy it---i am a stylist and i have gotten like 8 of them there

I have the ones by Igia that go in the microwave. I haven't used them much because my perm has to relax a little, and my hair is a bit too long. The good thing is if you buy them and don't like them you can return them. I bought a set that plugs in and the curlers burned my fingers.
