If a guy acts like a true boyfriend who cares and will always be there, I'd say he means what he says. If it's some other guy who just adores you for your looks and wants to have the hottest girl just to get attention? Maybe I'd think again.

Okay I had some experience w/ my friends paying guys to do that very same thing. The other night I was asked out for real and before I said yes....it's okay to do this...I said "Are you really asking me?" Because if they really like you..they won't be afraid to say yes. Trust me!

yeah guys do that alot, my friend...(he's a guy) asked out my other friend like this..."hey samantha...will yew go out with me......syke!" and she said no because she didnt like him anyways but if she did like him that would be embarassing, idk, sometimes yew just know when they are kidding er not, first they act really shy and try not to make it a big and they dont say it really open and with a huge smile on there face.
