Guys- would you date a girl in h.s. who doesn't kiss until the 3rd date and wouldn't 'hook-up' or have sex w/ you in h.s.? Just wondering, cuz it seems like even the noblest guys want an easy gf. How d you compete w/out lowering your standards?

I think to truly find someone that's right for you, you have to stick to your standards. I also think that the old fashioned way is best. Like having the guys open doors for girls, and stuff like that. Saving kisses are always good. That way, its special, and not just some casual thing people do to anyone they just happened to date.

Your person is a thing of infinate value. To relinquish that for a moment of feeling wanted will leave you feeling less a person. Once you give that away, you can NEVER have it again. It is the gift you should have to give to the person you make a permenant committment to. Your value is in your moral code. Don't compromise. It is a hard and unpopular line to walk, but you will be a better person for having stood your ground.

All it means is that the girl has more respect for herself, you can't run her down for that reason. Have respect like she does for herself if you need and want an easy g/f they are not hard to find just remember to protect yourself and enjoy. Girls that respect themselves just want respect in return and isn't that what most guys want to find in a woman to marry? Think about it, take care Heather

Just stay the way you are. There will be a guy one day who will appreciate it. I didn't kiss my wife until our 5th date, and I'M THE GUY!!! She thought it was a little strange, for a guy, but she married me anyway.
