Hey. I want to know when owning the parts for a firearm become owning a firearm. Say if ordered a supressor and had it delivered, would that be breaking uk law. What if I had half the rifle in France and half in England would that be legal, or could I get charged with possession of a firearm?

This weapon would be described as a section 1 firearm under the UK firearms act.If you have any part of a section1 firearm that is necessary for the weapon to work(in other words practically anything but the stock)or the ammo then you would be charged with being in possession of a section1 firearm if you had no licence that is.If you had just one bullet that is classed as a sect1 firearm.

It doesn't matter if its legal. You have an inalienable right to carry a gun. The government has no right to tell you that you cannot carry a gun since it harms no one. Gun Control is just a euphemism for Victim Disarmament, since criminals don't follow laws and will own guns anyways.

That's why all Americans should be glad we aren't Europe, yet.
