I wanna get a cheap 380, can anyone tell me which one's less crappy? I'm leaning on the Accu tek cuz it's cheaper but everyone seems to have a Bersa more than an Accu tek? Any opinions???

Since generally speaking, the purpose of a handgun is to "Protect ones Life", it's sort of odd to choose a weapon on the basis of "less crappy". If those were my only two choices, I personally would pick the Bersa. If you want a gun in this caliber range, think about finding a good used revolver in .38 Special. It's going to perform better, and if you really need it, you've got the failsafe reliability of a revolver over a cheap auto.

Bersa hands down.
It is a well established Spanish company and the model designs are trusted ones.
I suggest the 9mm over the .380 unless size is a major concern. 9mm are built on a heartier frame and since 9mm is the choice of most of the world's military, it can be had very inexpensively.

While Bersa isn't a top-of-the-line gun, it has proven itself to be fairly reliable. Accutec guns have a reputation of being problematic.
