if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months

Fast and easy doesn't go with fit and strong. if you want to get in shape, keep running and cut out the junk. 2 months of dedication will do it. Ab crunches, push ups and weights will do the trick.
Fast and easy is a request from lazy and isn't good for you.
You're on the right path, just stay there and work hard which will also develop your character.

Losing such a large amount of a weight in such a small period of time sounds like a bad idea. There's really no safe way to do this. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to make permanent lifestyle changes - exercising regularly and eating a healthy amount/variety of food.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

20 to 25 lbs in 2 months isnt healthy. Eating right, working out (like running) and leaving the junk food alone as well as pop/soda, will give you a healthy weight loss, and long term results.

Basics: get plenty of exercise, sleep, and nutritious food in your diet. Do calisthenics and running in track is also good. If you have any machines at home, train on those, and program them to target different parts of your body at diffrent times. The main key is variety and consistancy!
