Going BLONDE Question?

Hi,
I have made the decision to go to a medium ash blonde, with dark ash blonde underneath. I would like to know if anyone has done this at home...if not what did you pay at ur salon?!? I like the paler shades...no red..no gold...u kno. So how hard will this be with brown hair (thats been dyed, highlighted, dyed again??)
Can I bleach, tone and dye myself???

Well i have natural dark brown hair but this last year i've gotton so many high lights i look like a blonde so i died it back to it's natural (at a hair care place) about 3 weeks ago and now the highlights are kind-a showing through again cuz they were so light. so maby for you your darkness might show through again...well maby not because it's dark and not light. but really get it done at a salon or somthing because my friend kept tring to die her hair and it turnt like red...ew. btw i think it's gonna look REALLY cute when your done with it!!!

I would really recommend getting it done at a salon. I have medium brown hair and I tried going blonde once at home and the results wern't good. Save the time and just go to a salon.

In the UK a salon would charge anything from 40-100 it all depends where you go, you could always try the local Tech or college where they colour and style at a major discount, Would not recommend bleaching at home unless you have experience of the color transitions, if you dont get it right it could go a lovely orange/ginger!

Go the salon and get it done I paid about seventy five dollars I live in Canada go treat yourself

if your going blonde..DONT do it at home!
it always seems that girls who do that at home turn out w/ ORANGE hair!!! it'll prolly be around 100 to do it at a salon
