Your goal of 20 lbs. in 4 months is a very sensible one. That amounts to 5 lbs. and month and is very easily done. - l200 calories a day will do it. On 1200 calories a day, you will be able to consume just about anything you like - just cut it down to smaller amounts than you normally eat. Don't eat anything past 7:00 in the evening, and snack on a lot of raw veggies or fruit during the day. 3,500 calories amounts to 1 pound. Cutting 3,500 calories a week amounts to 1 pound lost.
After you have begun to lose the weight, you will probably feel like exercising and moving more freely which is of great benefit also. I did it just this way. So, there ya go!! Good luck.

much easier than you think, if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I recently tried Xantrex 3 and noticed a huge difference in my energy level! I don't even take the full recommended dosage and I am already 10 lbs. lighter. I suggest if you try any OTC weight loss product that you READ the dosage instructions completely. Also note that you don't have to start out at the suggested dose. YOU CAN take less in order to establish a dosage specifically for you!! All moms were not created equal. P.S. Drink lots of water with this product. Good Luck!

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

UMM.. I'm pretty sure not exercising ad trying to lose weight aren't going to pair too nicely with each other, you can try eating healthier, and getting the right amount of sleep and vitamins, and drink LOTS of water... but other than that, i would recommend trying to set aside even half hour a day to doing something that gets you sweating and gets the heart rate up.
