Of course ... a plan and purpose for our creation from a loving God is definitely more special than accidental mutations that can occur but being a former die-hard evolutionist when I finally measured the scientific and historical evidence, they all point to an intricate, orderly plan as opposed to the falsified missing links or the assumptions evolution has to claim in order for its' claims to be remotely possible.

Take the challenge yourself and search out the evidence. It's amazing.

Does insulting people's intelligence make you feel better about yourself? The "creation story" has something in common with the "evolution story"...they both are accepted by "faith".

No because that's how god did it, through evolution. A day could have lasted more than 24 hours. I mean look at Alaska, a day is six months. Evolution and Creation stories can coexist.

No. Because I accept evolution, I can claim that I belong to the only species whose ancestors: came out of the water, survived many major extinctions, and came to dominate the planet.

I feel proud!

The Creation myth holds humanity as the "crowing achievement" and the sole center of his attenetion and interest.

The ToE regards humanity as one species among many that is in its current form as a reesult of mutation and natural selection.

Quite a blow to Creationists' egos.

i believe in creation and evolution, i really do not care where i came form. just where i am going.

I do not know if my gods placed me here or if i evolved from a common ancestor with a monkey. what i know is that my gods will guide my soul on it's own evolution through the ages so that i may stand with them one day. and that is what matters to me.

Neither one is entirely satisfying, but evolution becomes infinitely more so when one considers the possibility of the sentience of all matter, and all that exists as a fragment of God...
