I'm trying to translate the word "breathe" into kanji japanese characters. Does anyone know how?

I getting another tattoo and I'm trying to figure out what the translation is of the word "breathe" so if anyone can help I would truely appreciate it.

You can say "breathe" in several ways in Japanese. You can say "iki o suu" (息を吸う) or the more medical term "kokyuu suru" (呼吸する). To breathe deeply, you would say "shinkokyuu o suru" (深呼吸をする).

To breathe is 吸う, but if you meant "breath" then it is 吸息吹.
