i may get the impression that he likes me but if he was talking with me before and then asked me my name i would think he just wanted to be my friend but the first thing that would run through my mind is that he likes me
p.s. ask her name first and then start a convo. if the girl likes you or thinks your cute she'll continue the convo. and WILL definetley start to flirt good luck hope all goes well

if a guy asks me my name, I just think that he noticed how I looked, and liked it. When he mentions something that he noticed that I did and comments on that, then I notice that he likes me a little bit deeper than just my looks. I'm flattered when a guy asks me my name.
If he asks me my name, depends if I have a boyfriend, if I did, I'd say "sorry, I'm taken". If he's cute and I'm interested and free, then I'd tell him my name and hope that he initiates more of a conversation.
I would have hoped that the guy I talked to before would know my name, or would have asked me the first time we talked. At least if he's interested in me.

I actually just recently had that happen. I thought "Why does he want to know my name? What are his intentions? I've talked to him before, does he not remember my name?" Then id tell him my name regardless of whether I find him attractive or not.

well if a guy asked my name is would say "Jessica" and i would asks his name, and who knows, we might end up friends.

I'd take it like it seems....he's interested and if I was then of course, I'd tell him my name. If I wasn't interested...I'd change the subject..quickly
