Shocking... What about Good 'n' Evil or Bring on the Men from Jekyll and Hyde? Or Special from Avenue Q or Mein Herr from Cabaret.
But if you want to get really shocking, maybe Touch A, Touch A, Touch Me from Rocky Horror Picture Show. Now that'd be shocking!
Break a leg!

There are definitely several songs from Avenue Q that would fit your needs. You can hear snippets of all the songs at the following link:
http://www.cduniverse.com/search/xx/music/pid/6322458/a/Avenue+Q.htm
There is also a song from the musical "Mac and Mabel" called "Look what happened to Mabel" that you might want to check out. Is a bit more conservative than the Avenue Q portfolio, but can be played naughty without going past the bounds of good taste. Mac and Mabel is quite old, but I know it's started making the circuit again recently, so there should be some sheet music out there for it. FYI, the music and lyrics for the play were done by Jerry Herman (Mame, Hello Dolly).
Hope this helps, and good luck!

Any song can be shocking if you do it shockingly.
Have you seen Gypsy? Baby June sings "Let Me Entertain You", and it's such an adorable, innocent song. Years later, when her sister Louise becomes Gypsy Rose Lee, she uses it as a stripper song. It's a very good alto song, and if you make it shocking, it can be shocking.

Two really good solos with a big vocal range are from Les Miserables. try "I dreamed a Dream" or "On my Own."
