No, but you can't rule out the unlikely and at first sight ludicrous completely from the possibility of being true.

I think He is a comic. Look at some of the things he put into the world; the platypus, the goblin shark, Jesse Jackson. I'd say He is a laugh riot.

I don't believe the sub-question makes any sense.... It assumes that there's an intelligent god - now, that is really ludicrous.!!
