I really like this guys but he doesn't realized that i'm acually flirting with him a lot. Why won't he notice me?

You can't, unfortunately, I know from bitter experience. Don't try to change for him, just let him know you fancy him - maybe he'll start trying to change the way he sees you. If not move on and forget him.
By let him know - don't just flirt... tell him!

Men are pretty dense and rarely realize flirty gestures. Just being friendly and attentive should let him know you are open to more which should calm his fears of rejection. Sadly, he may just not be interested in you that way. Keep your eyes open for another guy - trying too hard to make something work never does.

U can't force someone to have feelings for u. Eventually he may realize that he is attracted to you. Just be good friends with him and that way you can get to know each other better without any issues. Much luck buddy...

Maybe you are trying too hard, giving him too much attention. Guys love a good chase. So maybe, back off from him for a little bit... Make him come to you. And if he doesn't, he isn't worth your time!
Or you could tell him how you feel, but then you could possibly lose a good friend...

Well I dont think that you can make someone like you. Never pretend to be someone your not to make someone like you. But try to get to know him more and talk to him more, or even maybe plan a day for alot of friends to go someplace and invite him or something. But dont act like your struggling to get to talk to him or to flirt with him but act normal and who knows.

you can flirt all you want, but you can't make a person feel what he or she doesn't want to feel. it's nothing personal, he probably just isn't right for you. think of his indifference as God's way of steering you from someone who is wrong for you and making room for the guy who is going to lavish you with appropriate attention.

You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink...And is he interested in dating or just to be friends... are you old enough to start dating? Just don't get hurt in the process (rejection sucks if youre not ready for it!)

You can't MAKE a guy like you. I'm sure he notices, but if he doesnt flirt back that means he isn't interested in you, unfortunately. All you can do is do whatever you can to get his attention. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont be sumone you're not for a guy. There will be more down the road I promis.
