i have naturally wavy long hair, and i part my hair to the side. i was wondering what type of bangs would fit my hairstyle? i want them to be long, so i can pull back my hair & also, so i can put them behind my ears. i dont want to have to straighten them everyday. but i dont know what they will look like if they are wavy. help?

No - don't get bangs if you have naturally wavy hair. They will just be a hassle.

Talk to your hair dresser and see if she can add a few long layers that will add definition to your hair when it is wavy and look good when you feel like straightening your hair.

For a few ideas, go to www.matrix.com. It has a hair style section - with cuts organized by length.

I vote a big No on bangs in general. They make me think of DJ Tanner from full house. If you are too young to remember that, then you should google pictures of '80's chicks looking like goddamn ridiculous poodles with big fluffy wavy bangs hanging off their skulls and see what I mean.

If you have ever seen Jeniffer Love Hewitt. The bangs like she has may look good. They are off from one side to the other.

It depends on your face shape, your eye placement, and your forehead size. Some people look horrid in bangs.
