There are many different types of ice creams out there that are low fat, and amazingly enough they taste really good too...just look for these types and then still only eat the serving size. It will tell you how much a serving size is on the side of the package.
Or you could just eat some regular Ice Cream and exercise.

There are low fat ice creams as well as frozen yogurts that you can try. If you eat a small amount of regular ice cream that should be ok too. I wouldn't eat it on a daily basis if you have a weight problem. But ice cream is not unheathy. In fact, it is healthy as long as you include it along with a good diet and don't exceed your calorie and fat limits.

try low fat. or eat some like every week. when ur going on a diet its not good to deny yourself the foods that you really enjoy. you cant just say okay body you are gonna starve and eat carrots and celery and fruits all day. ur gonna want to eat ice cream or whatever more. so what you do is have some maybe every week and wean yourself off of it. then start having it maybe every week and 2 days or ever 2 weeks you know what i mean.

If you want it, nothing should stop you from having it! Just don't eat a litre of it then cry. Guilt is not a good thing to associate with eating ice cream. Moderation is key.

Sure, in moderation.

If you're worried about fat and calories, try a low-fat or non-fat, sugar-free ice cream. There are some good ones out there.

Best of all, try some sorbet or frozen yogurt.

Sure it's OK, as long as it is in moderation. There is some good products out there with reduced fat and sugar which aren't too bad. I like the Skinny Cow brand and Klondike has slim-a-bears which are awesome.

It'll never hurt to let yourself have a little treat every now and then. So go ahead, get that spoon and bowl! If you've been on a diet or anything like that for a while then you def. deserve a tiny break.

Enjoy. :-)
